1. Acceptance of Terms

MelodyPulse is a music streaming platform designed to promote new and emerging Kenyan artists. Features include a free live stream, music discovery, playlist creation, and on-demand playback for subscribers. The service may include advertisements, promotions, and links to third-party services.

3. User Responsibilities

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
Prohibited Activities: You may not reverse-engineer or decompile the platform, use the service for unlawful activities, or infringe on any intellectual property rights.

4. Artist & Content Rights

Artists retain ownership of their submitted content. By submitting music to MelodyPulse, artists grant a non-exclusive licence for distribution and streaming on the platform. MelodyPulse reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, infringing, or violating these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer three paid plans — Daily (KES 10 / 24 h), Weekly (KES 50 / 7 days), and Monthly (KES 200 / 30 days) — all unlocking the full feature set. Payments are processed via M-Pesa. Subscription fees are subject to change with prior notice.

Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All website designs, logos, trademarks, and platform content created by MelodyPulse are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
